How Acupuncture Helps
Restore Your Natural Rhythm
A woman's body moves in rhythms — and when hormones fall out of balance, everything from your cycle to your mood to your sleep can feel off. Acupuncture and Chinese herbs are used to gently support the body's own rhythm, ease hormonal swings, and support circulation to the reproductive organs. In Chinese medicine, women's health centers on the smooth flow of Qi and blood and the harmony of the Liver and Kidney. The result is care that helps your body find its own rhythm again — for easier periods, steadier moods, and smoother transitions.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about your care and what to expect.
What women's health concerns do you support?
We commonly support menstrual regularity, hormonal balance, PMS and cramps, and the transition through perimenopause and menopause. We discuss your goals at the first visit and whether our care fits them.
How do acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine work together here?
Acupuncture is used to support circulation and ease tension, and herbal formulas may be recommended between visits. Any formula is chosen for you individually — tell us about every medication and supplement you take so we can review it.
Is acupuncture safe to use with my current treatment?
It is generally used as a complement to your medical care rather than a replacement. Please keep your physician informed, and let us know about any diagnosis or medication so we can work alongside them.
How often would I come in?
For cycle-related concerns a regular rhythm often works best at first, and many patients taper as things settle. We set a starting plan together and adjust as you respond.
